Pain to boot from, but fast

This card is a pain to install windows 2k, xp or 2003 onto. you will need to put the driver on a floppy disk and even then it will not work work with windows 2k (boot bsod) but with windows xp and 2003 it's fine and fast. like supper fast. my system boots in under 20 seconds with it.
