Is exactly as described. This is a reputable seller. I had a couple of issues with stock not arriving, and they refunded me straight after I said the item had not arrived after 3 weeks. The item arrived a couple of days later so it was not them. We organised t pay them back as it was only fair. Disregard my previous Neutral rating, as they have more than outdone themsleves.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SELLER! Not sure if the seller has stopped selling, but my purchase ended up as a refund as the seller never dispatched the item, and did not respond to contact. Had to get eBay involved to get the refund as they originally denied my refund request even though the item had not been shipped (keep in mind this was almost a month after the purchase date).

The customer service was non existent. I asked the seller several times about progress of my order. I was ignored. I was forced to open a dispute and request a refund. Only after this, was my package received. In all fairness the item was exactly as listed and my dogs love the toy. If you are after prompt postage, go elsewhere! Trust me.
