Food Bible for the Marathon Runner, Triathlete or Cyclist
I love this book. It's become my food bible. I've not had one receipe here that I haven't liked. The portable section is brilliant. I've not seen an athletes cook book with that before. But it's fantastic having homemade portable food that can replace energy bars and prepacked over loaded with sugar, but still taste like cardboard rubbish.
I would recommend this to any marathon runners, trathletes or cyclists. There's not really anything here that takes long to cook either.
