Falls apart super easily
The crown flexes and bends easily causing so many of the pearls and rhinestones to fall out. Very embarrassing if the receiver is adjusting it on their head and pieces start easily falling off.

Pragmatic and simplistic life changing book
Understanding the mechanics of how we see ourselves in such a simple and uncomplicated way, we can then begin to understand how we can change the way we react to situations and people. 10/10 recommend this book if you want to change your life and let go of pain, anger, resentment and hurt without feeling like you're being preached to

A must read
This book is everything. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said. There are great BF communities that have formed as a result too!
