  Item was dispatched promptly, well packaged. Box that contained Door chimes and transmitter had previously been opened. This was made clear on e bay that the manufactures box had been opened. While the chimes and transmitted were in sealed packaging and unopened a seperate package that contained the mounting plate was missing. I have to manufacture my own mounting plate to mount it.
