The item appeared lovely and as described, however, I was dissatisfied with the customer service. The first time I opened the clasp, it broke. There was no way to fasten the catch. It needs an entirely new clasp on each side. The seller offered to refund it, however was unwilling to cover the shipping cost. Actual shipping both ways would be nearly equal to the cost of the item. I do not recommend purchasing with this seller unless sure you won't need a return.
