No communication from buyer whatsoever - I would happily send a replacement if it didn't show, the item was definitely sent, fault lies with Aust Post, which unfortunately happens sometimes. The buyer doesn't respond to messages before or after they open a case, I granted the refund immediately following the case she opened, it was disappointing transaction as I'm always open and honest and do the right thing and this buyer doesn't communicate but will happily leave negative feedback.
