64GB that is the question

The product is advertised at 64 MB But on my PC and other devices only 27.4 MB is the max available this is the second time this identical situation has shown with two different manufactures so may be my vista OS is the problem ?? otherwise it works

POOR RESULT

Did not perform well with my BT box both TV had kept losing picture intermittently problem solve after purchasing further splitter with amplifier.
