It takes a little while to brew but you have a full pitcher when finished.
Some people complained that the water and tea came out onto their counter tops. I read the instructions carefully before using the tea maker and have had no problems. I like the fact that most of the parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. A very good product.

2 of 2 found this helpful I have one of these already and use it daily. Since they are not available in stores anymore, I wanted to plan for the future. When my present tea maker finally wears out (nothing lasts forever) I will be ready with a replacement. It is a fast easy way to brew tasty iced tea and most of the pieces are dishwasher safe.

Joy hangers
I have used these clothes hangers for years. I needed some more of the shirt hangers and it is hard to find them in stores now. These were a decent price for just what I wanted. They keep my clothes from falling off and the shoulders stay looking nice as well.
