gun not great quality
I only used it through one of the sets of tags and the gun came undone inside. They refunded me some of the money so I can get another one. I will get a different brand of gun next time

great heavy dugy machine, that's why I keep going back to it.
She said that it was new, not ever used. It looks like it wasn't used. but when it was packaged, it wasn't packaged very good. I think that the timing is off on it now. The straight stitch is fine but when you go to use decorative stitches, there is a clinking noise,. I already have this machine and my older one doesn't make that sound. I will need to get it serviced before I use it for the decorative stitches.
