Great balance of rock and jazz tone.

I was looking for strings that would provide a nice middle ground between harsh rocky sound and the smooth mellow jazz tone. These strings provide that. Their feel on the fingers are smoother than roundwounds with a little bit of catch. If you are looking for a tone that is in between rock and jazz, I recommend these strings.
