Light weight and white LED's light up work nicely very recomended to use.
1 of 1 found this helpful Plastic lens holder focal point is far to wide for X25 magnification close up work. X10 also splits ocular view point into separate images spread far apart, even with both lenses full inward position. Both lens holders need to be twisted inward to form a single image of fine pitched circuit pads even at X10. Any other magnification puts face very close to working surface. If you close one eye or even pinch the lenses together then a single image appears but only for close up work leaving little space for any tool movement, 3-4 inches. That again puts one face very close to any work being done and is a bit dangerous when soldering IC chips onto pads with face 8-10 inches from circuit board surface. Ideally the work to be done must be elevated placed on top of a box or other lifting surface to reduce stooping down head to bench level in order to reach the magnification surface with soldering iron or other tools. I do wear glasses for astigmatism correction, so split images may not be an issue for everyone.
