About us
Welcome to my store. Things you should know. first I am not a drop seller. all of my items i legally purchase at stores or auctions. I have the items in my house and personaly ship them. so, all of my items, from my understanding, are covered under 1st sale doctrine.
I get most of my items at bargin stores. these stores buy pallets of returns from Amazon, Target, Walmart and many other companies. these item can be returned for many reasons, like person decided they did not want it. the book was in good condition and told it was like new. I inspect the items before i purchase them. I also will go to estate auctions to buy items from time to time.
at my store, i work to be honest and dependable. if there is every a problem, you can be sure i will do what ever i can to fix the problem. we all make mistakes, including me.

I love the Jura Cool Control. The seller is amazing. This item was missing a couple parts that he was unaware of. It came in the original box with the owner's manual so I understand how it would be easy to not realize the small parts were not included in the box. He offered a full refund immediately. I was able to find the small parts I needed and told the seller I would just keep the unit and without asking he refunded the price of the parts I ordered. Great customer service.
