  Ordered a book and it did not arrive, I don't even think it was sent. The price was good however now they sell the same book for more than 30% more so that's interesting. I got a refund however I was after the book not a refund. They said I could purchase it again and that I would get it in about two weeks but there was no offer to honour the original price I paid. This whole transaction left me with a nasty taste. I ordered the book from someone else whose delivery time was more timely.
