  Lock was in perfect working order when I shipped this product. As you can see from my past feedback I always sell great products for a really good prices. Sometimes you need to be honest and stand up to bullying practices that some buyers use to get free items from reputable sellers. Buyer purchased a door lock and tried to install on a gate. I think a gate lock would need to be custom for this specific use.
