Sorry- Not worth the trouble.
The packagfe gave little or no indication of the contents, If a good instruction sheet were enclosed the mystery of the use would be worth the price. I would have thrwn the item away, still trying to understand how it works. Not good, not recommended.

Working while I am doubtful, no steam to remove carpet spots!
The manual is not the best. Should be more detailed- the machine is not the easiest to use and I have not seen how the "steam" works without water???
I expected better.
