Secret Hair Sauce
This product is great at toning blonde hair to have a pretty silvery blonde and not a golden, brassy one. At my home, we have well water and the minerals affect my color treated hair. My solution is to rinse my hair with a mug of filtered water, after my shower and then I combine a Keracolor violet drop with a styling cream in the palm of my hand and rub it on my hair, while still wet. Olaplex No.6 or Sachajuan are examples of styling cream to use.

Disciplined Eating Plan
This diet book has delicious recipes in it! The plan is an elimination diet, cutting out wine totally is the hardest for me. I feel better and have less inflammation.
