They are tiny, only work for a couple exercises
2 of 2 found this helpful I assumed these would be normal sized bands so you could do overhead shoulder presses, squats etc. But these bands are tiny. If I hold them under my foot and stretch them as far as they go they barely reach my thigh.
I think these bands can only be used for a very small amount of exercises.
