Worked out of the box
Compact, good value and it was automatically detected by MacOS 10.15, no additional software needed.

Good value for the money
The product is very good for its value. It's a bit loose when using both adapters together - about 1 millimeter - but it doesn't affect the quality of the photo and it still holds the lens pretty well. So far, as it is too early for a better review, it's a good product for the money you pay for it.

Seems to work great
It's too early for a better review, but so far it seems to work great. It's very quiet on sleep mode or automatic mode, so there is no issue in let it turned on during the night if using it at the bedroom. It has 3 more speeds, the last two ones are a bit noisier, but expected.
