  This book has been on my wish list for a very long time. The seller packaged the book beautifully, ensuring it exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect it to be a hardback cover, and I was very pleased. I had made further enquiries about purchasing this book through other venues, but the price point on eBay had a better value than comparative sites. I asked for the postage to be sent to my PO box for security, and the seller requested contact upon its safe arrival. Overall, A++ experience.

  They were so kind answering my million questrions, canelled my order that i accidentally placed, and then worked with me yo ensure that bundle order had combined shipping and refunded the difference. It was a whole process that they were much more familiar with and were able to help make sure i didnt overpay for shipping (so i only paid 22 instead of 122 for my items, like ebay calculfated), they were exceptionally patient. Shipped quickly, packaged well, and item was exactly as described!

  This was as new, as described & came quickly in a plastic cover. The seller got in touch straight away to thank and assure me the parcel was despatched & it came quickly despite it being shipped from overseas. I contacted her as requested when it was delivered.   The seller refunded some postage because it came to less. I thought that was really considerate even though a small amount. Packaging was carefully considered and perfect. The item was as described and I am very happy with it. I have since covered the dust jacket with drislip vinyl to protect it. Communication was great & helpful. I would recommend this seller.

  WOW....! I got a wonderful needlepoint canvas from this seller in Australia. It was so well packed and did not really take too long to get here. Seller gave me a break on price/shipping, so much appreciated. I would highly recommend this seller to all and would definitely purchase from again as well.
