  They were so kind answering my million questrions, canelled my order that i accidentally placed, and then worked with me yo ensure that bundle order had combined shipping and refunded the difference. It was a whole process that they were much more familiar with and were able to help make sure i didnt overpay for shipping (so i only paid 22 instead of 122 for my items, like ebay calculfated), they were exceptionally patient. Shipped quickly, packaged well, and item was exactly as described!

  This was as new, as described & came quickly in a plastic cover. The seller got in touch straight away to thank and assure me the parcel was despatched & it came quickly despite it being shipped from overseas. I contacted her as requested when it was delivered.   The seller refunded some postage because it came to less. I thought that was really considerate even though a small amount. Packaging was carefully considered and perfect.   WOW....! I got a wonderful needlepoint canvas from this seller in Australia. It was so well packed and did not really take too long to get here.   I was surprised to receive my package within a few days of ordering it. The seller had taken the utmost care putting it in a cellophane bag to protect with a lovely little card. It was then bubble wrapped before putting into a parcel envelope. It was labelled Please Do Not bend' on both sides and it arrived in perfect condition. This seller is great... Thank you for taking so much care... The book is beautiful.
