Excellent response time and communication. The part for my Lazy-Boy recliner arrived very fast, was just as described, and even had instructions with color photos to help with the repair.

POWER+HEATED+TURN SIGNAL REAR VIEW TOWING SIDE MIRROR RIGHT FOR 04-14 FORD F150
13 February 2017
Looks as good as OEM but a lot less expensive, but harness pin out doesn't match OEM
My passenger side mirror on my 2008 Ford 150 Lariat was knocked off and I had to replace it. I purchased this one because it matched my old one which was power, manual fold, turn signal, heated, and around $100+ cheaper than anything else I could find. However, just as a warning and FYI, the pin out for the mirror harness was different than my old OEM. After some research, I mapped the wiring and discovered that this new mirror has to have the ground pin for the turn signal spliced to the ground for the heated mirror and one pin for the heated mirror needed move to another pin location. After making the modification, which wasn't difficult, the pin out matched my original harness and both the turn signal and heated mirror worked. The harness has an inside "plug like cover" that can be removed and you can push the pins out and relocate them where they should go. The pin out for the power mirror matches and worked from the start. I researched pin outs for F150's from 2007 - 2013 and they are all the same, so this harness is wrong and will need to be modified in order for the signal and heated mirror to work. I gave it 4 stars because the harness didn't match. I guess that is why they recommend "professional installation", luckily I am "professional" enough to figure this out myself, lol.
