Effective, economical but with limited usable service life
This is the third one of this model I have purchased and although the device continues to measure correctly it has a modest screen life that becomes progressively dim and the whole unit becomes unusable after about 18 months as it is not possible identify the controls. I have also had to replace the battery in one unit after about a year.
It also uses a single button for all the controls that has to be pushed for various lengths of time to change screens and activate control. This control is logical but very fiddly and a readable screen is essential.
