Working, but it's not precise...

It quickly pickup temperature changes, actually very fast comparing to other K type thermometers. Resolution of 0.1 degree is also good, but accuracy is terrible. Mine at room temperatures measures +3 to +4 degrees C off, depending what sensor is used. Measuring soldering iron tip around 300C shows +12 to +16C higher temperatures. Tip measuring is done with BM235 and other thermometers at the same time for control. It is much easier to measure soldering iron tip in comparison with other standard thermometer probes. With it you can determine if your iron tip temperature is far off or around where you want it, but it's not for precise measurement.

Easy to use.

Heating fast and holding temperature, not accurate as expected. Each iron tip I tested after calibration are up to 42 degrees hotter in lower temperature settings. No matter what thermistor is used, outside/handle temperature is 2 degrees off and there is no calibration for it. Configuration menu is simple and easy to use, but it has not all options as described. Overall it is useful and good alternative for T12 tips.

Nice, compact and useful.

Working as expected. Minimal wind speed that it can start to detect is around 1m/s. I did not test it for wind speed accuracy, but at a glance looks good. Display viewing angle is 60 degrees, that is too narrow for this type of instrument.
