Effective and silent

Polypipe actuator at a much better price
This is identical to the Polypipe actuator, except for the writing on the side - the Polypipe ones even have the Watts logo embossed on the top - but because it's direct from the manufacturer, it's better value. An easy fit, and now our underfloor heating is up and running again.

So refreshing to find a modern product that is better made than the old one!
Much better quality than the old brass fitting it replaced. As that one lasted 30 years, I expect this to outlive me!
It also has the earth connection in a much better place than the old one, making wiring and fitting much easier, and a safety feature that prevents it being switched on when a bulb is not fitted.
Altogether an excellent product.
