    When I eventually got the belt it was as described. Unfortunately it was packaged in such a way that my name & address was very hard to see. At a time when post is scanned by machine, holdups occur when parcels are redirected to human readers. A business that sells online should understand this.

    Item was not delivered by a courier, it was delivered by Australia Post. And i am not sure this warrants negative feedback if the issue is with the postage service. Feedback to for the seller, not the postage service. In private messages, the buyer admitted that they live in a caravan park, so the parcel was probably delivered to the check-in office or something like that.
