1 of 1 found this helpful Removed from packaging-difficult- put batteries in. Mild concern(=panic) did not start. Removed batteries and tested in other appliance, dead batteries. No spares in house so out to shop and buy. Put new batteries in and---it works! Did first trim and pleased with result. Will need to experiment with settings to get best result. Comfortable and easy to use so appart from dead batteries I'm happy.

Using for some time now. Does not get very hot which has happened with other makes.
Does the job and can't fault.
