  Item was listed as open box but arrived clearly used and missing parts. Seller’s response was unfriendly and dismissive, and he expects me to pay return shipping, meaning I would lose about $12 on a $22 item. Very disappointing experience.

  We sent buyer pictures on all angles before purchase to satisfy buyers ?? and indicated it was As Pictured As Is & confirmed we had No Returns for this listing. Buyer purchased and Now indicates he can't used it and it's used after we made sure he saw all pics before purchase. Not a good customer make you lose time and money. We will refund the cost once it's returned by buyer.
