So glad to find these again!
Love these for cutting chicken or other messy foods. It catches the juices and protects the counter surfaces. Then just throw them out. Well worth the price to eliminate the mess and germs.

Good price and no mildew
Only gave them a 4 because the little plastic piece that keeps the twine in place, tends to come out.
