A splurge but a nice item.
This is a bit of a splurge, but it's a permanent (and nicer looking) solution to buying wax number candles every year or having a fire hazard cake with high numbers of candles. If you want to do years such as 11, 22, 33, etc., you'll have to spring for two sets.
It works with the regular sized traditional birthday candles but you do have to twist them as you put them in to shave a bit off of the sides which creates a reasonably snug fit.

Trollbeads Sterling Silver Bangle Bracelet
This is a beautiful, classic bracelet - I have enjoyed wearing it with beads and also on its own. The XXS is just right for my small wrist - I was able to squeeze it in a little more for a perfect fit. Unlike some other similar brands' bangles, the Trollbeads bangle is solid - not hollow, so it should hold up very well. I watched for a really good price on eBay and my patience paid off! I love it!

Skullcandy Jib
These are great earbuds for the price (and the rasta colors add pizzazz!. I really like that they come with two sizes of earplugs to customize the fit.
