The mail lost the package and one other from the same seller. Tracking showed it arrived in my city and that was it, never arrived. Absolutely not the sellers fault but I gave it a little time (3-4 weeks no arrival) and I contacted the seller. He did not argue or give me any issues, he wanted to make it right, even though it was not his fault. He refunded the money for both items and I am a happy buyer. A++++ I would absolutely buy from this seller again!!!
