Works
Many times I kept forgetting to take it 1/2 to 1 hr before meals but when I did take it, it seemed to help. My IBS symptoms weren't as severe. I would recommend the product.

Best product
This is the best stuff on earth. Its natural, safe and it works every time. I use it twice a week and it really deep cleanses. No cramps. No stimulants. Its a bit expensive if u use it routinely but I would never be without it. I use 4 caps and I go once or twice in the a.m. If I take 5, ill go 3-4 times but since I use it twice a week, I stay pretty cleaned out.

This is a great printer for the price. Prints well. Fast printing. Easy to set up. So glad I bought it.
