  The guitar arrived with broken support braces rendering the guitar unstable to tune up and play. A return label was issued by the seller and I posted the guitar back promptly, I think the seller was trying to get the guitar back and avoid paying the refund as the seller asked eBay to review the case. As the refund wasn't issued by the seller eBay took over and awarded me the refund. Be aware.
