The hunt for the killer of Abraham Lincoln.
3 of 3 found this helpful Being a Civil War buff, I read anything that took place during those trying times. The author of Manhunt, James L. Swanson, is a leading authority on the life of Abraham Lincoln. The book is very thorough about the hunt for John Wilkes Booth. At the time of the assassination it is like you were sitting in the theater box with Lincoln. It also gives the story of all the other conspirators. I highly recommend this book.
