Disappointed

Fairly loud but can't do a nice long blast.

Didn't fit. Seems fake.

I ordered this evaporator door as my old one was falling to bits. Before putting it on, I made sure the outer edges of my freezer compartment were free of ice/frost/etc. I then screwed this door on using the original screw holes in the fridge. I closed it, but then it wouldn't open again! I didn't want to force it off so as not to break the handle as the mechanism seemed to be a good 2mm away from opening. To open it, I had to remove the screws on the other side! On inspection, I realise the door I receive did not have the 4 asterisks on it as are shown in the photo for this item. With it not quite fitting properly, too, I think this item may be a fake.

Unnecessarily Dangerous

Unlike other adapters I've owned, the metal contacts (where the 2-pin plug pushes in) are quite exposed. Not really sure how it passed safety tests.
