- Cheap, was looking for something cheap with adjust-ability so that I could view my laptop at a better posture, found it.
- Adjustable Elevation
- removable and adjustable supports
- cooling fan is QUIET, despite being only 50-70cm away.
- cable management bridges at either end.
Cons:
- build quality could be sturdier, not confident to use the steepest elevation on my 2.8kg laptop as the supports feel weak, then again you're not going to get an aluminium cooling pad at this price range.
- foam pads don't make contact with desk, even on the flat elevation, but with the weight of my laptop it hardly moves around, more concerned with the plastic scratching the desk.
-cooling fan male-male USB-cable is very short (~400mm), needed to use a USB-extender to route the cable behind my desk.
Other things to consider:
-there is a blue-ish, purple-ish dim LED on the fan, could be a problem for some colour co-ordinated setups i guess.
-If you are considering this item for an ultrabook/macbook air or light laptop, the build quality is more than enough to support it at the steepest elevation. (mine's a gaming laptop, so it just feels too heavy for this)
Overall good bang for buck, especially at under $15, thanks for the good deal :)
