Impulse 1012 2.0 haha
Anyway I was not sure about them because I have a set of Dark Matter speakers I was disappointed in. They are very similar in build. But wow these thangs are great. I have a set of the older impulse speakers but they don’t handle lows well. Rattle. These have good lows for a 12 inch. If they are like the Dark Matters they are not really built to service. Once you remove grill screws they strip easily and will not tighten. I would still buy them again. Don’t over drive them and you shouldn’t have to take them apart. I wish Peavey would come out with 15” and 18” subs to match them. I run them over EV EKX-15 passive subs. The EVs are not wether resistant but I fugue if they get wet or I blow them I can replace the EV drivers with Peavey. I drive them with Behringer INUKE 6000 amp.

Disappointed
I have found the only true way to test a capacitor is out of Circuit and theses meters are worthless.
