Bonus! It's purple!
I have a 2018 version that I use to record appointments and events when I don't have my Daytimer. This calendar fits in my purse/pocket and is very well made. It has a ribbon to mark the page. I use a paperclip to mark the full month page (for fast reference of holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries. I needed the 2019 version - and the price here is about 1/2 of a Daytimer Dakota.

3D is unimpressive and Streetpass is made for smaller countries.
1 of 4 found this helpful The 3DS is a bit gimmicky but after a year Nintendo has finally gotten some good games out for it. With titles such as Mario Kart 7, Kid Icarus Uprising, Super Mario 3D Land and Fire Emblem Awakening, there is now a baseline selection of interesting titles.
There are some built in features like mini-games and wireless interaction but those are a bit lacking.
The mini-games are great to introduce you to the system but you'll forget about them after a few weeks.
Streetpass is a nice idea but unless you live in a city with a million plus people you'll have to be lucky to find someone to link with.
This is not something that will bring in new gamers from other platforms but if you have played a NDS then you have a good idea on what the 3DS is about.
