Abby Cooper First In Great Psychic Series
1 of 1 found this helpful This is Victoria Laurie's first book in a great cozy mystery series. Victoria Laurie herself is psychic, and puts her knowledge to good use. Very readable, good mystery.

Last In a Series
I bought this because it was the third book in a series by these two authors, the others being The Jacamar Nest and Hummingbird Soup. These are mysteries involved in a lot of political science. The detective is a burnt out ex-CIA agent. He is tired of politics, but takes on one more case, when a Bulgarian secret agent is kidnapped.
This style of writing is not for everyone. There is a lot of politics, but also interesting, tight-written stories. You have to read right to the end to find out who the real "bad person" is. I recommend this to those who like a modern mystery story.

Scub-A-Dub Great
No more working for the mob, Maid-For-A-Day is only helping out at a hotel to help a friend. Of course, she keeps discovering bodies - are they related? Great writing, hard to put down. Each book in this series gets better and better.
