Great basic blu ray
I was looking for a blu-ray player that just plays blu-rays...I have a Roku so no need for all the online/wifi bells and whistles. Just give me a good image and ease of use. This also leaves a small footprint which I appreciate. I'm really please with this purchase. The options for set up, especially for older DVD's with non HD/Wide screen material is better than my prior more expensive players. For the newer content with 96Hz sampling...this unit offers that options, which is awesome as I have a few blu-rays that are mastered at 96hz. Also i have a 2.1 system and so it sounds fantastic with PCM and also does great if I want to do a 2.1 dolby or DTS.
So, overall, if you're looking for a budget player with great performance, look no further then this little LG player, you can pick it up, as they say, " for a song ".
