perfect
This book is unique because it gives routines to follow- and many types of routines so you won't get bored. Ive been practicing yoga for 3 years now and I can do most poses but without an instructor to show what to do next I'd find myself flipping through pages or shuffling cards. The videos are good but watching them over and over got boring- the routines in this good are great examples and it's easy enough to change them up with out a lot of effort.
