1885 Key nickle, and all that it is supposed to be:+)
It was advertised as AG+++++, and indeed it was that and more. A great sought after example of a rare date coin for the budget minded. I have been working on a collection for twenty years, but the cost of a decent example always eluded me and my collection. Then this 1885 came along, strong date, good honest wear, and it did not shame my other later date Liberty Head nickles, including my MS65, 1912D, and many Au to MS60, and 62's that I have carefully added through the years. The feeling of accomplishment was total, and I am glad ebay and its ilk is around to help old time collectors like myself put together sets that I originally put together from pocket change in the 1940's, and early fifty's(yes, they were still circulating at that time)........I love my collection, and plan to pass it on to one of my grandsons,stipulating that he treasure it as much as I have over the past fifty years plus:+).....Dansker-Is).....ebayer since 1999, and collector since 1950.

Radio days during the 60's
KKUA, Honolulu, Hey good kind record no? Wha you tink brudda, Kui wa da best, no Kapu for Halies, no?.......Great disc from a fantastic performer who died too fast, but lived to the utmost and was the best in popular music of the time, and timeless today as it was in the mid-sixties to alot of us in the service waiting to go to Nam, the P I, or Japland...........a great tune brudda!:+)

in the construction of truly one of the world's leading documents.
