The item arrives how it was described but the customer service is appalling, if you're purchasing from outside of Europe, especially Canada I suggest you purchase from a different seller, There's plenty of the same items available here. Buying it Canada will result in a few extra charges that the seller tells you you don't need to pay, but you do! That's awesome right? Showing up at the post office and being told you have to pay an extra $55 for a nearly 500 dollar vacuum cleaner.

There is a hint in red on top of every advert that there could be customs charges.
