Did reach out to them to find out when they had actually posted it, but never got a response.

  Bottled arrived wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag. On openiing the packaging I found that the bottle had leaked into the bubble wrap. The bottle cap was sealed but still it leaked out. Not much was lost from the bottle but maybe pack in a box labelled this way up in future. Other than this I would recommend this seller.

  Item sent very quickly, unfortunately aus post took a long time to deliver (was able to track). The item had a slight leak but was wrapped well. I'll assume that going through multiple hands took it's toll. 5 star rating for seller tho. Great communication between us.

  Ordered on the 25/7/2021 and arrived on the 28/7/2021. So only three days from ordering to receiving. Items as described. Packaging was done well with items being packed with packing peanuts. Highly recommend the actual product itself (matrix pro solutions mask) I’ve been using this for years for my bleached and coloured hair and it is my holy grail. A++
