AC wasn’t cooling correctly so seller was asked to provide proof of purchase so warranty could be issued. Seller said item was bought at Costco and they would send the info needed to activate warranty. Seller then proceeds to stop all communication thus leaving me with an item that isn’t working correctly with no change of being fix. I didn’t ask much just the info the seller said they had. And with a crazy delivery fee. All isn’t well. BAD
