Terrible seller! He/she stated the phones were in "as new condition" with original packaging and manuals and arrived filthy without original packaging or a manual on how to set them up! They were grossly misrepresented. When I contacted the seller I was ignored. I want to return them for a full refund due to thhe rriginal misrepresentation.

Seller listed item as “new open box” - and was about a 20/30 min drive from me so I offered to come pick it up and save packing a massive 12” home theatre subwoofer and having to ship it. They declined a local pickup and waited 5 days, then shipped it single-walled cardboard with zero padding. Was NOT new or open box, clearly used and abused. Damaged in shipping. Opening a return this was a waste of time. All you had to do was be honest and throw in some padding. Missing original box and papers.
