Must have for any current or soon to be business owner
This book is very thorough. My favorite part is the sample business plan in the back of the book. It really opened up my eyes and helped me to see everything I need to think about before starting my business. I knew that I need to make my ideas less vague but I didn't realize just how specific I need to be. This was a great buy and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in starting their own business or who currently owns one and wants to improve their management skills.
