Perfect for Hardanger highlights
This Kreinik braid #12 is an in-between size -- usually Kreinik #8 would correspond with DMC Perle Coton #8 for thickness, etc. and in the same way Kreinik #16 would correspond with DMC Perle Coton #5. But #16 is too thick to work on Hardanger fabric and Kreinik #8 hardly is too thin and hardly shows up. So Kreinik #12 does the job and does it beautifully. I just used it to decorate several Christmas ornaments depicting snowflakes and icicles and it shows up well and works nicely through the fabrlc.
