  Don’t buy anything from this seller because he said him just rubbish stuff and then don’t don’t accept you send me and when I spoke with him, he said I will report you too and he took the money and send the rubbish things and when you try to return him he said we don’t accept and send you The wrong items and broken

  This item was originally listed for 30 buyer offered 25 and we accepted. The issues here is he purchased this item with damaged chrome and then we it arrived he requested a return even thought he willingly sent us a offer for the item with the damage being disclosed in the listing description and on the pictures we provide.

  I ordered this part for a 2011 model audi a4 the description says 2009 to 2012. The part did not fit and the seller did nothing to make things right. All he talking about is part number. I am very disappointed amd will never purchase anything from this seller again . And the package was delayed.

  We provide part numbers and in our listing and make sure to tell all buyers please verify that the part numbers work with your vehicle before purchasing. This buyer told me he never checked the part numbers just assumed it would work. Unfortenly there are different types bumpers for the Audi A4 we cannot be held responsible for the fact that this buyer never checked before buying these items. As far as delay I can't control USPS and delay do often occur these items where sent immediately.
