Great communication until seller shipped the fish in cold weather. The fish arrived dead and poorly packed for the conditions. I was in no hurry for delivery and expressed my willingness to wait. He tried to make it better by me paying for expensive shipping or a more expensive fish. No accountability!!! I had to open a case and eBay fully refunded me. I would not do business again with this seller. I have purchased fish in the winter with other sellers with no issues in the cold.

Everything looks good until you using it.
It's a total waste of money... despite the sturdy material and sharp look of the product, this scissor CANNOT run its only function: to cut/trim your hair! It just doesn't work.
